Details
The Palacio de Fefiñanes winery released the first vintage of the white wine 1583 Albariño de Fefiñanes in 1995. Since then, it has established a reputation as one of the best white wines from Galicia.
A varietal Albariño, this Spanish white wine was sourced from vineyards with granitic soils situated in the Salnés valley, a subzone of DO Rías Baixas.
The grapes were harvested at their optimal ripening point and meticulously selected. Once in the premises, they were fermented in French oak barrels.
After that, the wine 1583 Albariño de Fefiñanes 2022 was aged on its lees in the barrels for about 3 months with periodic stirrings.
Finally, this Crianza white wine was aged for a further 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

top albarino
Impressive complexity, with layers of flavour and intense herbs and mineral notes. Though young, it feels round and complete. It should evolve considerably in the bottle.
