Details
The family-run winery Celler Solano de Menorca presents the new vintage of 600 Metros Sa Forana.
Based in the peaceful, quaint island of Menorca, the winery produces this Spanish red wine from a blend of Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The grapes come from vines grown in rocky soils, and located in the southeast area of the island.
After the harvest, this red wine from Menorca was separately vinified and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then the Syrah wine was aged for a couple of months in barrels, while the rest of the wine remained in the tanks for the same period of time.
Once the process was completed, 600 Metros Sa Forana 2022 was blended and bottled.
