White Wine 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc 2022
Availability: In stock
This is the new vintage of 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc, the only Spanish white wine produced by Celler Solano de Menorca.
A blend of the indigenous variety Premsal Blanc and the international Chardonnay, this white wine from Menorca is produced from 3 hectares of vineyards planted in rocky soils.
Selected on site, each variety was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc 2022 from Menorca was blended and bottled.
Very limited production.
Appearance | Clean and bright, 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc is medium straw with some greenish tinges. |

Nose | Fresh and utterly Mediterranean, this blend of Premsal Blanc and Chardonnay carries loads of white fruit (pears and apples), combined with tropical fruit and flowers. There is a subtle mineral background. |
Palate | Gently unctuous and faintly fizzy, with hints of flowers and aromatic herbs, and a good acidity. This white wine from Celler Solano de Menorca has a savoury finish with some bitter and salty touches. |
Our personal opinion | The wine 600 Metros Sa Forana Blanc 2022 brings to mind images of a small Menorcan bay, far from everything and without a care in the world. |
