Made from a traditional Cava blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, Aire de L’Origan Brut Nature is nuanced by a droplet of Chardonnay.
Produced by bodega L’Origan-Gastón Coty from vines 20 to 50 years old located in the heart of Penedès, this Spanish sparkling wine was traditionally vinified.
After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the Cava Aire de L’Origan Brut Nature 2020 was blended and bottled. Then it completed secondary fermentation and was aged for 28 months.
This is a crisp, gentle Cava Brut Nature Reserva.
