This is the new vintage of the wine Albariño Fefiñanes III Año, one of the best white wines produced in Spain.
Crafted by bodega Palacio de Fefiñanes, this Spanish white wine is made solely from meticulously selected Albariño grapes.
The vineyards are located in the heart of the Salnés Valley, DO Rías Baixas, in the northwestern Spanish province of Pontevedra.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks, this white wine from Rías Baixas was first aged on lees for 6 months with periodic stirrings. After that, it was aged for a minimum of 21 months in the tanks.
Finally, the white wine Albariño de Fefiñanes III Año 2021 was aged for a further months in the bottle before its commercial release.
It is important to aerate this Crianza white wine some time before drinking.
