The Adegas Valmiñor winery presents the new vintage of the wine Albariño Valmiñor.

This interesting Spanish white wine from DO Rías Baixas is produced from 20 to 40-year-old Albariño vines planted on hills with rocky soils.

Harvested at dusk, the grapes were selected at the vineyard, brought to the cellar, destemmed and cold-soaked for 6 hours. Gently crushed, the wine must of this white wine from Rías Baixas was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Stabilized and filtered, the wine Albariño Valmiñor 2024 was bottled and smoothed for 30 days in the cellar before its commercial release.

Appearance	The wine Albariño Valmiñor is pale yellow with some steely tinges.
Nose	Characterful and crisp, this Albariño suggests aromas of yellow and bone fruit, spices and citrus over a herbal background. This is an expressive young white wine.
Palate	Fresh and structured, this white wine from Adegas Valmiñor conveys a distinctive note of pineapple and cantaloupe melon. Excellent acidity, dim mineral undertones and a long, slightly bitter finish.
Our personal opinion	Elegant and complex, the wine Albariño Valmiñor 2024 will pair well with hearty fish dishes and white meat.

Value

One of the entry-level wines of a most interesting winery. Bitter, salty, very fresh. The other wines are even better and worth the price.
