Details
Like its two elder brothers, the wine Arindo is a varietal Verdejo wine crafted by Bodegas Shaya, a company belonging to Gil Family Estates, one of Spain's most important wine dynasties.
This Spanish white wine is produced from vineyards located west of Segovia, DO Rueda. The vines grow in sandy soils with pebble stones.
Harvested by hand and selected at the vineyard, the wine must fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for over a period of 25 days. Finally, the white wine Arindo 2023 was aged on its lees until bottling.
