A young Spanish red wine of Bodegas Arrocal, the wine Arrocal Joven Roble is made solely from Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grapes.
They are sourced from 20 to 25-year-old vineyards with clayey soils sitting at 830 metres of altitude, in DO Ribera del Duero.
The hand-picked grapes were selected on arriving at the cellar, macerated for 12 days and then fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Then the wine Arrocal Joven Roble 2022 was transferred into French and American oak barrels and aged for a period of 9 months.
This red wine from Ribera del Duero will make a great pairing with cold cuts, BBQ'd meat and hearty legume recipes.
