Produced in Val do Salnés, DO Rías Baixas, the wine Atalier Albariño is the result of the collaboration between world-class winemaker Raúl Pérez and his friend Rodrigo Méndez, head winemaker at bodega Forjas del Salnés.
This varietal Spanish white wine is sourced from Albariño vines grown in granitic soils, the type best suited for the variety.
Picked by hand, meticulously selected and gently pressed, the grapes were spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak vats of different capacities. After that, the wine Atalier Albariño 2023 was aged for a period of 7 months.
This varietal white wine from Rías Baixas will certainly improve in the bottle over the next years.
