The white wine Augustus Microvinificacions Malvasía de Sitges of Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm is a part of the "microvinificacions” collection, focused on specific parcels of vines with particular features.
Made solely from Malvasia de Sitges, this Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards around 10 years old situated in Avinyonet del Penedès, near the Garraf massif, DO Penedés.
The grapes were cold-pressed and drawn-off, after which this organic white wine was fermented in French oak barrels and subsequently aged for 4 months.
Finally, the white wine Augustus Microvinificacions Malvasía de Sitges 2023 was bottled in April 2024.

Super fresh with high acidity
Terrific wine. It has a very high acidity, which one seldom finds in Mediterranean whites.
