The wine Baldomà Selecció is produced in an area of DO Costers del Segre located between the Segre river and the Montsec mountain range.
The 2021 vintage of this Spanish red wine is made from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo.
After an early harvest, the grapes were macerated and separately fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then the wien Baldomà Selecció 2021 produced by the Vall de Baldomar winery was blended and aged for 4 months in 1st and 2nd year French oak barrels.
