Details
This is the new vintage of the wine Barbazul Rosado, a varietal Syrah.
The production of this Spanish rosé wine is defined by its long maceration process. The wine is kept in contact for a long time with the grape skins in order to extract colour and aromas.
This rosé wine was produced by Bodega Huerta de Albalá from vineyards located at altitudes between 100 and 200 metres of altitude, near the enchanting Andalusian city of Cádiz, not far from the sea.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were fermented for 12 days at a temperature of 12ºC. After that, the wine Barbazul Rosado 2023 was bottled.
This varietal rosé wine from Cádiz is cheerful and original.

Barbazul
One of my favourite Spanish rosés. Smells of roses and berries, and the palate is silky and fresh.
