Coming from Bellmunt del Priorat, the wine Bellmunt Blanco Vi de Vila is produced by the Mas d’en Gil winery.
A blend of White Grenache, Macabeo and Viognier, this Vi de Vila (Village Wine) was sourced from vineyards with sandstone and limestone soils planted between 2000 and 2008.
Separately vinified, both grape varieties were macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After that, this Spanish white wine from DOQ Priorat was blended and bottled. The wine saw no wood whatsoever.
Thus, what one should expect to find in the wine Bellmunt Blanco 2023 Vi de Vila is a youthful expression of terroir with a lively, fruit-driven character.
Pair this organic white wine with fish dishes, oriental cuisine, or sautéed vegetables.

Slim and fragrant
Very pure and luminous, not a hint of "Priorat darkness" here. Love the new vintage label btw.
