The Cava Bertha Reserva Brut Nature is made from a blend of the three traditional Cava varieties, that is, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo, sourced from organically certified vineyards.

This blended Spanish sparkling wine of bodega Caves Bertha was meticulously vinified. After that, the Cava Bertha Reserva Brut Nature 2021 was aged for 18 to 30 months in the bottle.

This Brut Nature Reserva Cava is inviting and easy to drink.

Appearance

The organic Cava Bertha Reserva Brut Nature is medium straw with some golden reflections.

Nose

This traditional Cava blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada smells of white fruit and dry fruit, with some bakery notes and a lingering florality.

Palate

Fresh and well-balanced, with a smooth, nicely integrated mousse. This Brut Nature of Caves Bertha is zesty and crisp, with remembrances of citrus and hints of baked bread and creme brûlée. Lively acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
