Produced by Bodega Otto Bestué, the wine Bestué Finca Rableros is a single vineyard Spanish red wine.

It is made from a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from vines grown at 350 metres above sea level.

After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, cold soaked for 6 days and slowly fermented under controlled temperature. Then the wine Bestué Finca Rableros 2019 was aged for 9 months in used American oak barrels.

Finally, this this Crianza red wine from Somontano was filtered, stabilized and clarified.

Value
This Somontano red offers a good alternative to the higher-priced Riberas produced from the same combination of grapes. This is mildly spicy, with a suave palate and a nice finish.
