Produced by Billecart-Salmon, Billecart Salmon Brut Réserve is a prime example of traditional Champagne.
Made from Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Brut Reserve Champagne is sourced from vineyards situated in the Marne region. Traditionally vinified, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then they completed malolactic fermentation.
After that, the base wines of this non vintage Champagne were blended with a 50%-60% of reserve wines and bottled.
Once secondary fermentation was completed, Billecart Salmon Brut Réserve was aged for 30 months minimum.
Versatile and flawlessly crafted, this Champagne Brut NV is both an excellent aperitif and a great accompaniment for a full-course meal.

Nose | Subtle and well-defined, this blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brings aromas of pastry, English custard and fine lees, with a note of white flowers and remembrances of ripe pears, ginger and candied lemon zest. |
Palate | Fresh, gently creamy and full of nuance, this champagne from Billecart Salmon has an excellent acidity and a smooth, palate-caressing mousse. Finish is long and clean, with an aftertaste of white fruit and crème brûlée. |
