Made by L’Olivera Cooperativa, the wine Blanc de Serè has been produced for over two decades.
A blend of 80% Macabeo, 12% Parellada and 8% White Grenache, this Spanish white wine comes from vineyards certified organic since 2008.
After a very early harvest, each variety of this young white wine from DO Costers del Segre was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the wine Blanc de Serè 2023 was blended and aged for a short time before hitting the market. This vegan wine is typically bottled on demand from January to May after the harvest year.
Foodwise, this young white wine from Costers del Segre is very versatile.
