Champagne Bollinger Brut Rosé
Availability: Out of stock
The Bollinger Brut Rosé is a premium rosé Champagne produced in the traditional manner of the region, that is, the white wine is added a little amount of red wine in order to increase its body and give it a characteristic rosy colour.
The base wine was made from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier.
Then, the blend was added a 6% of Pinot Noir reserve wine, mostly coming from Grand Cru vineyards owned by the Bollinger winery.
Bollinger Brut Rosé was aged for 36 months in the cellar.
Appearance | Very bright rosy colour with some coppery and violet glints. |
---|---|
Nose | Notes of cherries and redcurrants, alongside aromas of pastry, dry fruit, flowers and citrus. |
Palate | Fresh and lively, displaying a cheerful character and a delicious elegance. Very good acidity, well-integrated bubbles and long finish with remembrances of wild berries and blue flowers. |
Our personal opinion | Bollinger Brut Rosé is sexy and cheerful. Drink it without food or pair it with Japanese food, shrimp or light dishes. |
