The mid-range wine of the Can Blau winery, Can Blau is produced in DO Montsant.
Produced by Juan Gil, this Spanish red wine is a blend of Carignan, coming from vineyards with sandy soils, Syrah grown in limestone soils and Grenache from vines grown in slate soils.
The grapes come from terraced vines 35 years old on average.
Carefully harvested and vinified in stainless steel tanks, Can Blau 2020 was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels prior to bottling.
Decant this red wine from Montsant 30 minutes before drinking.
