Details

Produced by the Can Feixes winery, the wine Can Feixes Blanc Selecció comes from Penedès, a region with a mild Mediterranean climate.

This organic Spanish white wine is made from Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Malvasia de Sitges, coming from vines grown at 400 metres above sea level.

Carefully selected and gently pressed, only the "free-run" juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After that, the wine Can Feixes Blanc Selecció 2023 was aged for a minimum of 3 months on its lees in those same tanks.

This young white wine from Penedès is fragrant and easy to drink.

Appearance	The white wine Can Feixes Blanc Selecció is pale yellow with some steely glints.
Nose	This blend of Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Malvasia de Sitges has a medium aromatic intensity, with notes of white fruit, a dash of citrus, some Cava-like aromas, and remembrances of flowers, herbs and fresh lees.
Palate	This white wine of bodega Huguet de Can Feixes is pleasantly dry, with a crisp acidity and notes of citrus, lees, dry fruit and aromatic herbs. Long, delicately bitter finish.
Our personal opinion	A great value, the wine Can Feixes Blanc Selecció 2023 pairs wonderfully with Japanese food, shrimp, tapas, appetizers, salads, pasta and rice dishes.
