This excellently priced Spanish red wine is produced by the Huguet de Can Feixes winery.
The 2021 vintage of the wine Can Feixes Negre Selecció is made from Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) and Merlot, coming from organically farmed vines located in the highest area of DO Penedès.
After the harvest, the grapes were completely destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which this red wine from Penedès was aged for 8 months in those same diposits.
Then the wine Can Feixes Negre Selecció 2021 was aged for a minimum of 6 months in the bottle before its commercial release.
