The Cava Capdevila Pujol Brut Nature is an homage to the founder of Cava Blancher, Mr. Antoni Capdevila Pujol. This cava reserva brut nature was traditionally vinified.
The base wine is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes. After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, this cava from Penedés completed secondary fermentation in the bottle.
After that, Capdevila Pujol Brut Nature was aged for a period of 20 months minimum.
