A varietal Tinta del País (aka Tempranillo) this 1.5 litre Spanish red wine is produced by Bodegas Rodero.
Crafted from vineyards around 20 years of age, the wine Carmelo Rodero 9 meses Magnum comes from DO Ribera del Duero.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. Then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the red wine Carmelo Rodero 9 meses Magnum 2022 completed malolactic fermentation and was transferred into French and American oak barrels, where it was aged for a period of 9 months.
Then, this red wine from Ribera del Duero (1,5 litre-bottle) was aged for a minimum of 3 months in the cellar. It will evolve nicely in the bottle.
