White Wine Cassanella Garnatxa Blanca i Macabeu 2023

Bodega Fills de la Llicorella, a boutique winery founded and managed by three young winemakers from Porrera, a historic village in DOQ Priorat, is the producer of the wine Cassanella Garnatxa Blanca i Macabeu, a nice exemplar of white Priorat, the region’s best kept secret.

A stylish blend of White Grenache and Macabeo, this Spanish white wine was hand-picked, macerated for 48 hours under low temperature, pressed and drawn-off before being fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After that, the white wine Cassanella Garnatxa Blanca i Macabeu 2023 was aged for one month on its lees before being kept for a couple of months in used French oak barrels. It was stabilized before bottling.

This white wine from Priorat will make and excellent pairing with white meat, oily fish recipes and medium aged cheese.
