Details
A characterful, dry Spanish white wine made from Moscatel Romano - a variant of Muscat of Alexandria - and 10% Merseguera, a local white variety, the wine Casta Diva Cosecha Dorada is produced in the southeastern Spanish region of Alicante.
The vineyards are located in the Jalón Valley, at an altitude of 400 metres above sea level. Soils are composed of clay and limestone.
Crafted by the Gutiérrez de la Vega winery, the grapes that went into the production of this white wine from Alicante were harvested in late August.
Macerated for 2 days, the grapes were then spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the white wine Casta Diva Cosecha Dorada 2022 was aged on its lees in the tanks for 7 months.
Finally, this dry Muscat wine was gently filtered prior to bottling.
