The wine Celler 9+ Base 1r is produced by the Celler 9+ winery from DO Tarragona.
This blended Spanish white wine is made from 85% Cartoixà (aka Xarel·lo) and 15% Macabeo, sourced from certified organic vineyards with with sandy soils exposed to sea winds.
The grapes were destemmed, pressed and drawn-off. This organic white wine from Tarragona was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 to 20 days under controlled temperature.
After that, the white wine Celler 9+ Base 1r 2022 was kept for 9 months in the tanks with weekly lees-stirrings.
Finally, this natural white wine was bottled with no added sulfites.
