The wine Celler 9+ Selecció 5è is a quaffable natural red wine produced by the Celler 9+ winery, focused on the production of low-intervention wines in DO Tarragona.
A varietal Grenache wine, this Spanish red wine was sourced from organically certified vineyards with sandy soils that benefit from the cooling influence of the sea breeze.
The grapes were fully destemmed and macerated for 9 days under controlled temperature. After that, the red wine Celler 9+ Selecció 5è 2019 was kept for 9 months on lees in the tanks, with periodic stirrings throughout the period.
After finishing the process, this organic red wine was bottled with no added sufites or chemical preservatives whatsoever.
We suggest decanting this organic red wine from Tarragona some time before drinking. Serve slightly cool.
