Produced by Cérvoles Celler, Cérvoles Colors comes from the northern Catalan region of Costers del Segre, province of Lleida.
The 2021 vintage of this Spanish red wine is made from Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, sourced from estate-owned vineyards with clayey soils located in Serra de la Llena, a mountainous area at 750 metres of altitude which separates the Priorat and Montsant regions.
Harvested manually and separately vinified, this organic red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Finally, Cérvoles Colors 2022 was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
This blended red wine from Costers del Segre is cheerful and savoury.
