Produced by Castillo Perelada, the wine Cigonyes Blanc is virtually a varietal Macabeo, which this time is complemented with 9% Sauvignon Blanc.
This Spanish white wine wine from L'Empordà is made only from the "free-run" juice.
Once the wine must was obtained, the wine Cigonyes Blanc 2023 was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
This white wine from L'Empordà was not aged in oak to preserve the freshness and quality of the fruit.
The name of the wine, Cigonyes (Storks), alludes to a successful stork repopulation program undertaken some years ago by the Castillo Perelada winery.
