Nose |
Blackberries, cranberries, aromatic herbs, menthol and some deep mineral notes. This blend of Grenache & Carignan also insinuates some hints of flowers, cocoa, clove, cinnamon, toast and coffee. |
Palate |
Big and meaty, but not overripe or jellylike. Bodega Cingles Blaus has crafted a wine with an excellent acidity, some yummy tannins and a solid structure. Ripe red fruit, notes of toast and Eastern spices, remembrances of After Eight mints and some mineral undertones. This red wine from Montsant has a long, complex finish. |
