Details
This is the new vintage of the wine Clos Mont-blanc Únic Pinot Noir. This varietal Spanish red wine is produced by bodega Clos Mont-Blanc.
The Pinot Noir vines are planted in limestone soils at 700 metres of altitude, a fact that gives this Crianza red wine a very interesting character.
Harvested by hand and subsequently destemmed, this grapes were fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Clos Mont-blanc Únic Pinot Noir 2021 was drawn off, transferred into French oak barrels and then aged for a period of 6-10 months.
This is an attractive and uncommon varietal Pinot Noir from DO Catalunya.
