Details
Born in the southern Catalan region of Conca de Barberà, not far from the magnificent Monastery of Poblet, the wine Clos Mont-Blanc Únic Syrah is produced from 25-year-old Syrah vineyards.
The grapes were harvested by hand. Once in the facility of the Clos Mont-Blanc winery, they were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks and then macerated for a short period of time. Then this Spanish red wine went through malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
After that, the wine Clos Mont-Blanc Únic Syrah 2020 was aged in American oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.
Finally, this red wine from Conca de Barberà was clarified, filtered and aged for a further 6 months before its release.
