Courvoisier V.S.
Cognac aged for 8 years minimum in French oak barrels.
Availability: Out of stock
The legendary Cognac Courvoisier V.S. is produced from a base white wine made from Ugni Blanc grapes, coming from the Fins Bois, Grande and Petite Champagne Crus.
Distilled in 25 hl stills, this Cognac was then aged in French oak barrels (Tronçais and Limousin) for a minimum of 8 years.
Amber-coloured, this special edition Cognac smells of fine wood, spices and dry fruit. The palate is smooth and nuanced, with the spicy notes becoming more prominent, hints of fine tobacco and a long, lush finish.
Needless to say, Cognac Courvoisier V.S. should be served in a Cognac glass. Drink neat or with a splash of pure water.
