Details
This is the new vintage of the wine Comando G La Bruja, previously known as La Bruja de Rozas, made by the world-renowned Comando G winery in DO Cebreros, in the midst of Sierra de Gredos.
A varietal Grenache, this Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards sitting around 900 metres of altitude, on the outskirts of Cebreros.
Each plot was separately harvested and vinified. Fermentation and maceration took place in wooden vats, with indigenous yeasts and gentle macerations.
Then the red wine Comando G La Bruja 2023 was blended and aged for 7 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Aerate this red wine from Cebreros-Sierra de Gredos 30 minutes before drinking.

| Palate | Amazingly fresh and nicely textured, with a medium body which exhilarates the palate with remembrances of wild berries, aromatic herbs and some toasted and floral nuances. Crisp and linear, with delicious tannins and a superb acidity. This wine from bodega Comando G has a long finish with some mineral and balsamic remembrances. |
