Details
The wine Coratge de Cal Pagès is the entry-level red of bodega L’Antic Magatzem, the project of young winemaker Adrià Domènech, born in Porrera, DOQ Priorat. This is one of Adrià’s debut releases.
This blended Spanish red wine is made from 40% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, sourced from two vineyards 20 to 25 years of age, Les Sentius and El Bosc, with llicorella (slate) and sandy soils.
This red wine from Priorat was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the red wine Coratge de Cal Pagès 2023 was kept for 6 months in semi-new French oak barrels.
Drink by the glass or pair with tapas and BBQ'd meat.
