The 2023 vintage of Cristiari Blanc has the same composition as the previous one.
This Spanish white wine from DO Costers del Segre is made from two trans-Pyrenean varieties; namely, Müller-Thurgau and Incrocio Manzoni (a crossing of Riesling and Pinot Blanc, mostly planted in the Italian region of Veneto).
First, the grapes of this white wine from Costers del Segre were gently crushed and destemmed.
Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, using only a 60% of the free-run juice. After that, the wine Cristiari Blanc 2023 went straight into the bottle.
This young white wine from the Vall de Baldomar winery is floral, subtle and quite attractive.
