The entry-level Spanish red wine of bodega Dehesa de los Canónigos, the wine Dehesa de los Canónigos Quinta Generación was produced to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the winery.
It is made from Tempranillo grapes sourced from an organically farmed 20-year-old vineyard, Finca El Caserío, located near Pesquera de Duero, in DO Ribera del Duero.
Traditionally vinified, this red wine from Ribera del Duero was macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Dehesa de los Canónigos Quinta Generación 2022 was aged for 6 months in American oak barrels.
Pair with cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses and meat recipes.
