Details
The interesting wine Dominio de Tares Godello is produced from the few hectares of Godello vineyards that bodega Dominio de Tares has in San Román de Bembibre, a village of DO Bierzo.
This varietal Spanish white wine is made from vines around 25 years of age, planted in clay-limestone and slate soils between 400 and 700 metres altitude.
Harvested by hand in little boxes, the selected grapes were fermented in French oak barrels. After that, this white wine from El Bierzo was aged in the barrels for 6 months and racked once during the process.
Finally, the wine Dominio de Tares Godello 2023 was bottled after a gentle filtration.
We suggest drinking this white wine fermeted in oak at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Pair with baked fish dishes and roast pig recipes.

This wine has a superb texture. The palate is complex, with quince, lime, almonds and a sort of stony-earthy feel. Very good!!
