Produced in Germany, Dorst & Consorten Merwut is an uncommon and attractive white vermouth.
Interestingly, the owners of the Dorst & Consorten winery first thought about producing a vermouth on a trip to Spain, where they had the opportunity to enjoy the rich vermouth culture of the country.
This interesting German vermouth is produced in a traditional manner, that is, combining a white wine base with aromatic herbs, wine alcohol and sugar.
Amber coloured, Dorst & Consorten Merwut conveys aromas of herbs and fine wood. Supple and gently bitter on the palate, with a delicately sweet touch and a citrusy and herbal note.
Very aromatic, this German white vermouth is excellent as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient.
