Champagne Drappier Brut Nature Zero Dosage
Availability: Out of stock
Drappier Brut Nature Sin Dosage is an exceptional, low-sulphur, no shipping liquor added Champagne crafted by the Maison Drappier.
Made from a selection of the best Pinot Noir Grapes, this sparkling wine was produced only from the free-run juice.
The grapes were fermented for two weeks at a low temperature. After that, they underwent malolactic fermentation.
Then they were bottled, after which secondary fermentation was completed, as established by the rules of the Champagne AOC.
Once the process was completed, the base wines were blended with the reserve wines in order to produce a well-balanced cuvée.
Finally, Drappier Brut Nature Zéro Dosage was aged from 2 to 3 years in the cellar prior to its release.
Appearance | Very clean, pale yellow colour with some greenish glints and some rosy tinges. |
---|---|
Nose | Fresh notes of red berries, pomelo and dry fruit, combined with some mineral notions and aromas of citrus, apples and white pears. |
Palate | Fresh and rewardingly complex, with a vinous character and a magnificent acidity. Ripe berries, dry fruit, aromatic herbs and a touch of citrus. Bubbles are extremely well integrated, and the finish is long and elegant. |
Our personal opinion | Drappier Brut Nature Zero Dosage is a Champagne that conveys a great sense of purity and honesty. |
