A varietal Syrah, the wine Edra XtraSyrah is produced in VT Ribera del Gállego-Cinco Villas, in the northern Spanish province of Aragón.
Harvested by hand in mid September, the grapes of this Spanish red wine were first cold-macerated and then fermented in tanks.
After that, this red wine from Aragón was drawn off and transferred into French and American oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation.
Finally, the wine Edra XtraSyrah 2020 was aged for 12 months on its lees in the barrels.
