This is the new vintage of Elias-Terns Brut Nature Gran Reserva, the top-of-the-range Spanish sparkling wine of bodega Parató Vinícola from Pla del Penedès.
This exquisite Cava is made from blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay. The main component is Xarel·lo (50%), which was fermented and aged for 4 months in oak barrels. The other varieties were fermented in stainless steel tanks, after which Elias-Terns Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2006 was blended and bottled. Finally, it was aged for 60 months minimum before being manually disgorged.
This limited edition cava brut nature gran reserva is remarkably versatile. Thus, it will be excellent with a full course meal.
