Details
A single vineyard Chardonnay Enate Chardonnay 234 is produced by the Enate winery in DO Somontano, northern Aragón.
It comes from vineyards over 35 years old. The grapes were handpicked, destemmed, gently crushed and kept in contact with their skins for 5 hours.
After that, Enate Chardonnay 234 2023 was fermented in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control with selected yeasts.
Finally, this young white wine from Somontano was clarified and stabilized before bottling.
The label of this Spanish white wine was designed by the artist Pepe Cerdá.
