Details
A varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from DO Ribera del Duero, the wine Entrelobos is produced from several parcels of vines situated near the village of La Horra.
The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Then half of this red wine from Ribera del Duero was transferred into French oak barrels, a 25% went into 5,000 liter oak vats, and the other 25% was kept in the tanks.
After that, the wine Entrelobos 2022 from bodega Viñedos Singulares was aged for 9 months. Then it was blended and bottled.
This varietal Crianza red wine nicely combines intensity and drinkability.

This wine has the flavours of a good Ribera, but without the density sometimes associated with other wines. Great pick!

Entrelobos
An afforable and interesting Ribera del Duero is not an easy thing to find. This wine matches both conditions.
