This well-known Spanish white wine is produced by bodega Juvé y Camps.
Sourced from estate vineyards, the wine Ermita d'Espiells is made from Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Parellada and Viognier.
After a gentle pressing of the 5 varieties, the free-run juice was separately vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the wine Ermita d’Espiells 2023 was blended, bottled and aged for 9 months before its release.
This unoaked organic white wine from DO Penedès is as gulpable as they come.
