Made from a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Lledoner Blanc (the local name of White Grenache) and 10% Muscat, Espelt Mareny is produced in DO Empordà.
Belonging to the Empordà Surrealista collection, this Spanish white wine is made from vines grown in sauló soils-composed of disintegrated granite.
Produced by Espelt Viticultors, the grapes were gently crushed and macerated for a short period of time in order to produce a more fragrant wine must.
Then Espelt Mareny 2022 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for over a period of three weeks.
Finally, this dry and aromatic white wine from L'Empordà was clarified and stabilized before its bottling.
