Details
Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Lledoner Blanc (the local name of White Grenache) and Muscat, the wine Espelt Mareny comes from DO Empordà.
This Spanish white wine is made from certified organic vines grown in sauló soils-composed of disintegrated granite.
Produced by Espelt Viticultors, the grapes were gently crushed and macerated for a short period of time in order to produce a more fragrant wine must.
Then the wine Espelt Mareny 2024 was fermented in stainless steel tanks for over a period of three weeks.
Finally, this dry and aromatic white wine from L'Empordà was clarified and stabilized before its bottling.
