The wine Fina is made by bodega Hidalgo Albert, a family winery from Priorat.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the grapes are sourced from estate vineyards certified organic, located in the village of Poboleda, in DOQ Priorat’s freshest area.
Each variety was hand-picked, destemmed and separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the red wine Fina 2021 was aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. This Spanish red wine was gently filtered before being bottled.
This organic red wine from Priorat will make a nice pairing with hearty dishes.
We suggest aerating this Crianza red wine some time before drinking.
