Coming from DO Empordà, the cava Freixa Rigau Nature Mil·lèsima Reserva Familiar is produced by the Oliveda family from a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Following the traditional method of DO Cava, each variety was separately fermented using only the free-run juice. After making the final blend, the Cava Freixa Rigau Nature Mil·lèsima Reserva Familiar was aged for 30 months minimum.
This Brut Nature Cava was added no sugar after being disgorged.
