A blend of 75% Palomino and 25% Pedro Ximénez González Byass Matusalem Oloroso 30 años is an exceptional fortified Spanish wine made by bodega González Byass, the producer of legendary Tío Pepe.
Qualified as VORS (Vinum optimum rare signatum) , this oloroso wine from Jerez was aged for over 30 years in American oak barrels following the traditional soleras and criaderas system.
The oloroso González Byass Matusalem Oloroso 30 años is a great after-dinner drink. It will also pair excellently with patisseries.

Palate | Mouthful and impressively concentrated, this wine from bodegas González Byass nonetheless has a fabulous acidity which balances its density. Unending, amazingly complex finish, with remembrances of old wood, spices, raisins, figs and bitter herbs. |
